Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen (about 4 oz)
  • ¾ cup cooked purple sweet potato or ube, peeled
  • ¾ cup fresh lettuce leaves (or a couple of handfuls)
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ to ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender and process until smooth.
  • Makes approximately 24 ounces---2 medium smoothies or 1 very large smoothie.
