Hi, I’m Ingrid
This blog is founded on a whole food plant-based approach to making fabulous healthy food. My recipes incorporate a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds while avoiding processed and refined ingredients as much as deliciously possible. All my recipes are vegan.
